Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order status changes to ‘Processing’ (i.e., before shipment confirmation), whichever is earlier.
Refunds on Cancellations:
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method (card, bank account, wallet, etc.) within 7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, you may request an exchange for a different product or size under the following conditions:

- Product(s) are unused and unwashed
- All original tags are intact
- Product(s) were not purchased on sale/discount
- An unboxing video is provided in cases of damage, missing items, or incorrect product(s)
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
Exchange Process:
- Customers must ship the product back to us (reverse pickup charges apply if applicable)
- Once received, the item will go through a quality check
- If it passes QC, your exchange order will be processed
- Reverse shipping cost: ₹100 (charged as per logistics partner’s rate)
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship to the address provided below
