Shipping and Exchange Policy

We usually ship products within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days* from the date of shipment.
Note: Delivery timelines may be delayed during high-volume seasons or festive periods.


Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order status changes to ‘Processing’ (i.e., before shipment confirmation), whichever is earlier.

Refunds on Cancellations:
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method (card, bank account, wallet, etc.) within 7 business days.


Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, you may request an exchange for a different product or size under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exchange request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Product(s) are unused and unwashed
  • All original tags are intact
  • Product(s) were not purchased on sale/discount
  • An unboxing video is provided in cases of damage, missing items, or incorrect product(s)
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

Exchange Process:

  • Customers must ship the product back to us (reverse pickup charges apply if applicable)
  • Once received, the item will go through a quality check
  • If it passes QC, your exchange order will be processed
  • Reverse shipping cost: ₹100 (charged as per logistics partner’s rate)
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship to the address provided below

Products purchased using discounts, coupons, or gift vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Operated by RAZANALA ARCHANA we have a team of hardworking professionals working every day to make your experience special. Buying any products can be really tough sometimes, as you may not find your ideal one in one-go. But we accept return with following condition only;
Return or exchange requests have to be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.
When requesting a product return or exchange, a 360-degree opening video of the shipment must be submitted.
No exchange or return will be accepted without a360-degree opening video.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted non-other the mentioned above.
To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to us the defective or wrong product back.
We do not offer free pickups for returns; instead, it is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
We would make a pickup request within seven working days if we agreed to accept the return.
The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products received to us or in our warehouse.
